Following the Conceptual Review meeting, the applicant will make a formal and complete presentation of their concept(s) to the public at a Planning Commission meeting, providing the applicant an opportunity to respond to questions and comments from the public and Planning Commissioners before the Design Review Board conducts its design guidance review. A second Public Participation Meeting may be required if significant project changes occur after completion of the Design Guidance Review Meeting.
